Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene issues, health and safety, Peach Drops does not accept return and exchange for any earrings and hair accessories.

 

Refunds and exchanges will not be provided if you simply change your mind. 

 

All refunds or exchanges must be completed within 7 days from the date of receipt. We have provide tracking on our orders, so we will be able to confirm. Due to the fast turn-over rate, we cannot guarantee that an exchange is always available. In the event an exchange cannot be provided, you will be entitled to a full refund for that item.

 

All ‘sale’ purchases are final.

 

All refunds will be credited back to the customer using their original payment method. 

 

FAULTY RETURNS

If you believe that there is a major defect to your item or that it is faulty, please contact us via email. You will be entitled to a refund or exchange, if the item is:

 

(a) Not the quality that you reasonably expected or as described to you, at the time of purchase

 

(b) The item shows defects that you were not informed about at the time of purchase.

 

(c) The item is not fit for purpose, meaning it does not function as it is intended to or described. 

 

You must show proof of purchase by providing us with a proof of purchase include name, address and order tracking number. Without these details, we will not be able to process your claim.  If your item is assessed and found to be faulty or has major defects, we will cover the postage post for you to send the item(s) back to us.
